Medicinal

Echinacea. Good for colds. Or so I've heard.

  2. You can dry it and make pills with it or make a tea out of it (and you can actually now buy both at the grocery store). :D

  4. I take the pills (along with Vitamin C) during the winter months which seem to help fend off colds. But I'm all for medicinal herbs and natural remedies if I can find them (as long as they aren't too crazy of course!). I think the less chemicals we put in our body the better.
