Karotz - from ThinkGeek

I know you're looking at that picture of Karotz and doing 'I don't get it.' But that's okay, but I'm about to explain the awesomness of Karotz to you! :)

Basically, Karotz is a wi-fi, voice activated bunny robot. Karotz can act as an alarm clock, MP3 player, status update reader, status update publisher, web cam and so much more. There is a video that gives a nifty overview of all that Karotz can do.

I'm adding it to my list of wants but never really needs. The Tiny Printer I blogged about a couple of months ago is on that list. ;)

Jewelry!

I'm so glad I can finally put this up here! I've been working on this for a good, solid month now and I am so happy and thankful that I can finally share my jewelry with you!

Long story short, I quickly discovered that my 'work wear' attire didn't quite reflect my personality the way I wished it could. Fox shaped purses and shirts with funky cats on them really don't mesh well with power suits and smart skirts. So, in quest to ever stay true to myself and my own style, I started making jewelry. I've created basic jewelry for years but never anything as intricate as what you see below. I'm super excited to share this with you because these pieces really are a reflection of who I am. I hope you like them!

I have been getting up before the sun for my new job recently and last week I woke up to this pictorial delight. Fog! And not just any fog, but dreamy, heavy, color-laden fog. Above are just a couple of the shots I took that chilly morning.
