It's an app called 'Game for Cats' and it has a sister app 'Paint for Cats'. I found out about these apps while watching 'Must Love Cats' - a TV show on Animal Planet, that, you guessed it, is all about cats.
The Game for Cats app features a mouse that runs around your iPad screen and you cat chases it. The lazy man's version of making sure his cat gets exercise. I'm really intrigued by the Paint for Cats app which also features a mouse for your cats to chase, but as your cat's paws hit the screen, paint blotches appear that eventually create a unique, abstract painting made by your cat!
